When people think of modern communication methods, faxing usually isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. But for many companies in industries like finance, medical, and legal, faxes are still a requirement to do business.
That’s why we’re happy to announce a new fax feature that makes it easy to send and receive faxes straight from your Dialpad desktop app—no hardware required!
Can’t wait to get started? As an admin, you can now add fax lines through the Manage Team page in Dialpad. Simply search for a specific user and then select Add a Fax Line in the dropdown menu under Actions. Once enabled, the option to send a fax will appear as an icon on your desktop app.
Fax support costs $10 per user, per month, for a total of 100 faxes. Best of all? Sending a fax only takes four clicks.
