In March, we released a Google Calendar integration for UberConference to let you automatically add your UberConference information (including international dial-in numbers for Pro users) to event descriptions.
Since then, we’ve made enhancements to the integration to make joining and scheduling your conference calls fit better with your workflow. Here’s what’s new:
Join UberConference shortcut
After the conference information has been populated in the event description by clicking “ UberConference,” the button will be replaced with "Join UberConference." If your conference participants have the Chrome Extension installed, they will be able to use this shortcut to go straight to the UberConference dashboard with the option to connect to your conference call.
Add Hangouts + UberConference
Clicking this button will include a unique Hangouts URL which will automatically load the UberConference Hangouts app. The UberConference information will also be added in the event description for participants who need to join the Hangout by phone.
Adding international access numbers
Pro Users have the option to include an international dial-in number alongside their conference information. The "Intl. Access No." option will bring up a dialog which will allow you to select which countries you'd like to include. International joining instructions will be included alongside the selected access numbers. Learn more at www.uberconference.com/international.
