The integration makes scheduling conference calls with UberConference that much more simple, so you can focus less on figuring out how to start your meeting, and more on making it a productive one.
Here’s how it works:
To get UberConference for Google Calendar, you’ll need the UberConference Chrome Extension (you can get it here). If you already have the extension, Chrome will send you an automatic notification to update it.
Once you have the extension, there are two ways that you can schedule meetings with UberConference and Google Calendar:
From the extension, you can click on schedule with Google Calendar, which will take you to the Event Details page within Calendar. Your UberConference info will already be in the event description. You can enter additional details to the event from there.
Or, from Calendar, you can create a new Event and click the add UberConference button.
To invite international callers to your meeting, you can select their countries from your settings, and dial-in instructions will populate in the Event Description. Those international numbers will be saved so that every time you add your UberConference information to an event, it will include them. These can be modified from the settings.
When it’s time to start your meeting, you’ll get the notification, and you can click on the UberConference link to join.
