Switch runs on the same underlying infrastructure as UberConference, so we have nearly three years of calling experience with hundreds of millions of minutes under our belts. Part of what makes our call quality so high is the fact that we investigate every poor quality rating we receive in UberConference.
To continue with that commitment to quality, we’ve added a 5 Star Quality Rating tool to Switch. We encourage you to use the tool to help us figure out better ways to improve call quality and catch issues early on. Here’s where you will be able to rate your calls when they end:
